I cannot say enough about the service O received from PURFect Water pre-, during, and post installation. Curtis was so generous with his time and expertise. He answered all of our many questions over the course of a week. I was impressed that he came back to retest our water long after the system was installed. That wasnâ t offered by the competitors. We are now 6 months in and still extremely satisfied with the system we chose.

Impossible to communicate with installer to get answers. Do not return calls.

The installation went well very knowledable and friendly. Water is 100% better so much softer. Things did not go as well with the processing of the invoice and promotion, but Scott went above and beyond to make things right. Highly recommend.

Purfect Water Solutions, Inc. I absolutely love their product! I went from having blue stains in my shower and an acidic taste in my reverse osmosis to beautifully clean water. I'm so glad I did it for my family should've done it years ago. Amazing people to work with, Scott head of sales, is a true professional. And the people who installed are absolutely fantastic, and helped out with a hot water heater issue as well! I rate them five stars without question! I also love the fact that they gave me a year interest-free to pay for the units! I installed the top of the line of everything, and I'm so happy I did especially the UV bacteria light! Our water was awful! The high chlorine mixed with the impossible hard water stains to clean made our appliance look terrible. The first company we talked to offered a solution that seemed promising, but we wanted other opinions. BEST decision ever!! Our representative name was Scott. Who was by far the most straightforward and helpful person out of all the other companies. His knowledge and follow through, is bar- none. That, along with the lifetime warranty made our decision to go with Purfect a no brainer. Our water is now, drinkable and our appliances are sparkling! Thank you Scott & Purfect!!

After the install he came to re-check my water quality. He stays in touch n itâ s nice to have a human n not a computer recording when I call for help or product availability Scott deserves a raise for customer service n prompt service.

Purfect Water Solutions saved my life. I never realized the water i was bathing with was terrible until purfect came into my life. After showering my skin and hair feel 100 times better than when all that chlorine was coming into my body. My clothes after doing laundry look and feel better as well. Between him and Scott this company has 2 solid trail blazers, it was a pleasure interacting with them. By the way lets not forget the most important thing: the drinking water. I no longer waste money on bottled (this will save me & my family tons of money over time); this water is the best water i have ever tasted. It is fully alkaline which is the best for your health. This entire experience witj this company has been absolutely purfect!!!!

My representative Scott, very proficient and professional, My installer was Ryan, the same cleaned up after himself. wish I had a done this sooner, no bad smells no rings around the toilet, and I can actually drink the water that comes out of the faucet. Hallelujah.
