Scott and Evan were very helpful . They were true to their word, and followed through with everything they said they would complete. I am very satisfied with the system. It seems to be so much better than the old purifying system I have had for many years. I donâ t regret at all the conversion to this new Hydronex I Gen water perfect solution. We love how pur the water is. The shower took a little to get to use to but my skin is soft and no longer dry. My hairdresser kept complementing how healthy my hair was. Iâ m a bleach blond and it is no longer dry and brittle.

Iâ m very satisfied with the entire experience with Purfect Water. I was weighing two options for my water treatment and purification system when I reached out to Purfect Water. Scott C. reached out to me within minutes and answered all of my questions in a timely manner despite the fact that it was weekend hours. There are cheaper units out there, but in terms of the value we received for the price we paid I couldnâ t be happier. I was able to set an exact time for install and the technician arrived right on time and completed the work with the highest quality providing effective explanation about the system afterwards. We noticed an immediate difference in the quality of our drinking water as well as the feel of the water during showers or washing hands. I would recommend Purfect water to anyone with hard water looking for an upgrade!

We had our old water softener system replaced. Scott C., our sales representative, was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. The installation was scheduled quickly. The technicians worked very quickly and did a good installation in our small utility room. We are very happy with the taste of the water now. We would highly recommend Purfect Water Solutions, Inc.

Curtis was an excellent company representative from the first introduction, to the demonstration, to the coordinating of installation & follow up appointment. He was there every step of the way to answer our questions and clarify the benefits. We couldnâ t have asked for a better sales rep to guide us thorough the process of installing the water system! We absolutely love our new system and highly recommend others to work with Purfect Water! Curtis is the best!
