Great service from beginning to end!

My experience with this company and the water solutions that they provided was phenomenal. Even though our home was quite a ways away from their normal service area, they were still able to send a team member, Zoe, out the next day to do a test of our well water. Zoe went through all of the different tests and thoroughly explained the results every step of the way. The next day they were able to send out a team to install the recommended water softening and filtration solutions. The guys that came out to do this work were quick, clean, and able to answer any of our questions. We could feel and taste the difference in our water immediately. We don't have to use as much soap for the dishes or for the shower as we used to thanks to all the hardness being filtered out. Our hair and skin feels much cleaner after a shower. The water not only tastes better, but we feel more at ease drinking it. My morning coffee tastes so much better and is much stronger than before (so now I can use less coffee). Ultimately, I highly recommend this company if you want to have a test done of your water quality and are considering a water filtration system.

I love this new water system by orbit that we have. It has made our skin so soft and smooth. The hard water stains on our showers and toilets are almost gone and hardly build up anymore. The water has made my skin clear up and is so good to drink. One of the best choices that we made so far in investing into our home by far. Love this product and would highly recommend it. The walk through is so simple easy and informing without being over baring. The team is amazing and so kind as well. All around a great experience.

For the longest time, my husband and I suspected we didnâ t have the cleanest of drinking water. We would notice algae growing on the faucet on occasion, there would be days we would notice a change in taste from the day prior, and once you start to question the water you are consuming on a daily basis, thatâ s when you know it might be time to make some changes. We noticed a difference in taste almost immedely; the water was more refreshing and we found ourselves reaching for refills more often. The water was also crystal clear, another striking difference in the water we had been consuming. The water also made a noticeable impact on the taste for both hot and cold brewed coffees, making both more potent in flavor. Showers are a different experience as well - the shampoo has rinsed completely from my hair and my skin feels cleaner. I have also noticed a difference in my skin complexion; turns out if you donâ t have the best of water, it holds oils and grease on your face. The water filtration system was one of the best investments weâ ve made in the home to date. The system brings an added sense of security when consuming water, especially after the tests were performed on the cityâ s drinking water; the chlorine levels were off the charts - quite literally. And in looking at those numbers, in both shock and a little disgust, my husband wondered allowed, â I wonder what the long term effects of that is on your body.â There was no answer and that was answer enough for me to be invested in this product. It has been almost a month with the system and we could not be happier. The installation was seamless, the crew was fantastic to work with and weâ ve had no issues with the system. If you have been questioning your drinking water, give them a call to come out and do a test - you will wonder why you didnâ t call sooner.
