I am very pleased with my overall experience. The sales person , Scott, was very responsive to all my questions ensuring I understood all the information. The installer, Sean, was amazing. Sean was challenged with installing the system in a very small space. He took his time and was able to successfully fit the equipment. He also gladly answered all my questions. Sean was very knowledgeable and was very enthusiastic about his job. A ten out of ten for the overall experience! I highly recommend Pure Water Solutions, Inc.

I previously wrote a very positive review regarding the whole team from the Water Treatment Specialist (Michelle) to the installation team lead by Stephan, to the back office support. That was back in September 2025; but that was not the rest of the story. Very shortly thereafter it became very apparent that my extremely hard well water was challenging the system. Once again the whole team including multiple back office specialists tried everything from changing the "regen" cycle frequency & lengths of time. Nothing seemed to completely make the results "Purfect". So the company added a Potassium-based module as an add-on, AT NO ADDITIONAL COST, and achieved what now has been operating for 2-3 months as a Purfect system. Wish there were more companies out there who would go the extra, extra mile to achieve quality results!

I cannot say enough good things about this experience. From start to finish, Scott handled everything with professionalism, honesty, and real attention to detail. It is rare to find someone who genuinely cares about doing things the right way is not just the easy way. The results exceeded my expectations! Our technician Jon was amazing as well.

  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
