The salesperson was professional and took a lot of time explaining and answering any question I have. The installation crew were super good. Done a clean job and answer any question. I can tell the difference immediately with the water and specially the reverse osmosis drinking water system under the sink. Great quality and also do financing free of interest for 12 months

They did a great job on installing the water softener and purification system. At the same time they were installing the system I also had an electrician working pn finding why one of my breakers kept tripping. The electrician spent 2 1/2 hours and couldnâ t fix the problem. The electrician wanted to charge me another $500 to find the problem. I said no. The problem was that the water softener was also connected to the same breaker. Once the electrician left the Orbit workers offered to look for the reason the breaker was tripping. The didnâ t want to leave with the softener not plugged. In and not working. The 2 Orbit employees cheerfully started looking for the GFI responsible for breaker that kept tripping. THEY found the problem in 10 minutes and fixed the problem. They fixed a problem in 10 minutes that a 41 year electrician couldnâ t fix . The water softener was turned on, my breaker wasnâ t tripping and I was super happy. Oh yeah, my water is soft and taste great. You canâ t make up stories like this. Super happy with Orbit. Highly recommend Orbit. They were on time and did everything they promised and more.

From the very beginning of this project, Orbit has been super helpful. Once our new system was installed by John and John, they explained how it worked, which is super simple. I have already recommended Orbit to one of our neighbors. The system works wonderfully, and we can already tell the difference in our water.

Scott Cullin was our sales rep. He did everything he could to earn our business. Everything he promised was done. The system is awesome. There is such a difference in the taste of the water. My skin is no longer dry and the best part is we have to do very little maintenance. The quality is great. I researched several types and this system was the best you could buy at an affordable price. Again Scott was awesome!!! Anything we need evern after install we call or text him and he answers immediately so you are not forgotten after installation.

Water in centra Fla is very bad compared to the Midwest where I used to live .. I live near winter haven Fla Before I contacted orbit we used bottled water for everything Now the coffee and drinking water is awesome and it's very similiar or better than the H2O in Chicago We now have great water
