The initial meeting with Scott was very informative, he was very knowledgeable and answer all my questions. After already consulting with two other companies, I decide to go with them. The installed was done 3 days later and the tech, Sean, was very skilled and resourceful after we encounter a couple of unexpected challenges in the install. All is working great so far, we will see long term reliability, but so far very satisfied. Many thanks to Scott and Sean for their professionalism.

Our sales experience was enjoyable and informative. No pressure sale presentation with a personalized touch was refreshing. the salesman Scott and technicians (Sean and Sean)delivered on everything that was promised. Scheduling of installation was very timely and the work performed on site was top notch. they removed my existing system from our crawlspace and install installed the new system on the exterior of our home which was an option only offer by the Purfect Water Solutions Team.

The technician who came to install the system was just as impressive — very respectful, knowledgeable, and efficient. He did a fantastic job and took the time to explain everything before leaving. You can tell this company cares about quality and customer satisfaction. And the water? AMAZING. You can literally taste and feel the difference. Cleaner, smoother, no weird smells, and we’ve already noticed a big improvement in our appliances and skin. It's honestly one of the best decisions we've made for our home. Great service. The installer forgot to bypass the irrigation line and they were quick to remedy it. Every other part was great and the water is so good. I would do it again if I had to.
