I called them on Tuesday morning the tech came Tuesday afternoon to do testing and scheduled to install the next day at 8AM. They quoted me $7900 with $1000 off coupon. I price checked them, they honored the lower price without haggling . I was very well pleased with the total experience and will recommend them to anyone with a clear mind knowing the outcome will be excellent!! They also have a referral program...

I'm really impressed by Orbit Energy - in all regards. They installed a whole-house water purification and softening system and a revers-osmosis system for me (for drinking water) in Horsham, PA. I had the "before" figures on how contaminated the water was from an online source and they engaged an independent lab to do the after-installation testing - and the results were amazing. Not only were all of contaminants very far below safe levels, most were at too low levels to be detected in the tests. By comparison, the original levels of those contaminants were, in some cases, several hundred percent higher than government stipulated "safe" levels. This was definitely a worthwhile investment in my family's health!

Not having to run to the supermarket to get water during a pandemic has been a huge saving grace for me, especially when the supermarkets started limiting one water purchase per day. That would have required me to go to the store every single day! Needless to say, I m 100% satisfied with my decision to use Orbit and purchase the water filtration system. The water tastes great and everyone was very professional from start to finish.

With the Corona virus, I needed to quickly replace an older, ineffectual water purification system. The salesman was knowledgeable, polite and informative. Based on my immediate need, he arranged to have the system installed the same day. Now, no more soap in our hair after shampooing.

I especially like the wonderful quality of the drinking water, but also the way the shower water babies my delicate skin. It's also nice to save on detergent in the laundry and dishwasher. Low maintenance is also a plus. I expect improved skin quality and general overall health as I am trying to stay well hydrated with 8 glasses of water each day. I am accustomed to a counter top system for drinking water, but this is much more convenient.

The sales rep was very knowledgeable, performed a water test on site, walked us through the results and answered all of our questions. Installation was very quick. We had the new water system installed a few weeks ago and have experienced a difference in water quality for showers and appliances. We were very pleased from beginning to the end.
