He explained everything thoroughly and provided top notch customer support every step of the way! Highly recommend this company and they have the best lifetime warranty, which made our decision that much easier.

I would highly recommend Purfect water solutions located in Newark, Delaware, for a full home water filtration & softener system. They install Puronic water treatment/softener/filtration systems along with the Reverse Osmosis (RO) drinking water system. I was in the market few months back searching for a good efficient water system to address hair loss caused by hard water and to save on bottled drinking water purchases. I researched many branded companies including Costco water system and the fun fact was that the competitors also agreed that Puronics is a good brand offering lifetime warranty etc. I was looking for local professionals to install and was referred to Purfect water solutions and to their sales person, Scott by at least seven of my local friends, as they were extremely happy with the system and their customer service. After comparing specs, cost, warranty and equipment materials of all the brands, I realized Puronics was a better choice. It is one of the best Water systems which has lifetime warranty from a well-established long-standing company unlike many labelled companies I came across, and later struggle for warranty repairs and issue resolutions. Puronics system addressed all our needs and in a month of usage we noticed a reduction in hair loss and cost savings in bottled water purchases. We have been using this water softener and RO system for few months and we are very happy with the purchase and their customer service. Purfect water solutions has a great team of professionals and Kudos to them! Starting from Scott in sales, who helped us in providing a good price, purchase documents and scheduled the install etc. It was followed by Mike, the head of installations visiting our home and completed the installation of both water softener and the RO system in few hours, tested the water before and after and educated us on the system. Finally, Vennie, who runs the Purfect water solutions company, reached out to clarify any questions, checked on the installation and made sure everything was functioning and was completed to our satisfaction etc. All their personnel had very good interpersonal skills and a happy pleasing positive attitude and we really appreciate that. Later, I had few questions regarding the system and called their customer service and they answered promptly and clarified my doubts etc. Thank you, Scott, Mike & Vinnie for all your good service! Once again, I would highly recommend Purfect Water solutions for home water filtration and softener systems and for their outstanding customer service! Wishing them many more successes!!! I just want to say from first contact with Scott, I knew I was getting real information from a real company. I had originally received a quote from another company and was going to go with them until I realized there was some shady practices going on. I canceled my install with shady company and decided to look elsewhere. [Insert my conversation with Scott]. It was at this moment I knew I wanted to move forward with the install. Scott was awesome from start to finish, he explained everything over the phone and even provided the quote- talk about great customer service!! The guys came and was done with entire install within 2 hours, they answered all my questions and now I have fresh, safe and great tasting water at my home. Iâ m just excited I no longer have to lug bottled water into my home that wasnâ t the great to begin with!! Also, I felt as though I wasnâ t being sold to with this company, I cannot stress this enough!! (I hate to feel as though I am being sold to, if I see value in something, I buy it!!) Thatâ s what I felt with this company. I reviewed all material Scott provided and I was impressed with the quality of products they used as well as the reasonable price offered.
