Excellent experience! I recently had a water softener and filtration system installed, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Dylan McKinney, our assigned Water Treatment Specialist is very professional & down to earth. He did testing of our water for various contaminants & found our water to be extremely hard (23 Grains / gallon). Dylan’s solution for us was a Puronics Hydronex iGen 30 & Micromax 7000 (under the kitchen sink RO + Remineralization). He was willing to work with us on price; we were able to arrive at a $ that worked for us & also gave us the ability to purchase using our Home Depot card to pay off interest free for 2 years! Our system was fully installed in 2 hours in Aug 2025. Afterwards, we really noticed an amazing silky feeling on our skin when showering. We no longer need detergent boosters when washing clothing or dishes & no longer have scaling issues on faucets, toilets, shower or tub. We feel comfortable knowing we invested with Purfect Water Solutions’ Lifetime Warranty along with Dylan as our go to guy for questions or issues that may arise in the future.

I was given a one hour sales pitch in my house after I contacted them on Angi to buy and install a water softener. I requested a smart water softener that I could manage via an app but received one that I cannot manage at all--it has to be managed by one of the company's technicians at my expense. I was told by the salesperson that the company would be back after the install to retest my water but I never heard from them. The installers were competent and professional. The product itself seems fine and does what you would expect a water softener would do. I paid $5,000 after various "discounts," including one for keeping a sign in my yard for two months, with the installation fee listed as free.
