The company won t let you know when exactly they are coming. They give you a 2-3 week window. Even the cable company gives you a 4 hr window! Also, the leaves and debris they collect in a lawn bag is left at your curbside for you to dispose.

They did a great job. I was contacted immediately to set up service. The phone tell was polite and professional. I was told they would come out within a week. They came two days later, on a Saturday no less. We didn't need to be home. They bagged all refuse from the gutters and left the bags in a good location for us to dispose of them appropriately. Very easy to work with, and a job well done.
