Ned Stevens Gutter was asked to clean my house gutters and downspouts. The job was left incomplete with leaves filling some gutters and bags of trash left on the front lawn. they made no attempt to communicate with the owner who was at home during the visit.

Quick to respond to inquiry. A decent price for their service but they do push the "Diamond Service" plan which includes 6 cleanings/yr and needs to be paid upfront. It's a good discount over the regular service price but is $1000+ immediate charge. They came out and did an excellent job cleaning the gutters...They are spotless. Cleaned up the area but left the trash bags full of leaves & debris at the end of the driveway. For the money they should have taken those away as well. Otherwise, I'm very pleased with the service.

They showed up at my house within 24 hours. They did a very thorough job cleaning out the gutters and they cleaned up afterwards. I would recommend Ned Stevens to everyone.

Easy to schedule. You can save money by getting an annual contract but you are encouraged to sign up for service six times per year.Too many times unless you have a lot of trees. I have them come four times. I have used them for about twelve years. Most of the workers have english as their second language so communicating is sometimes difficult
