My appointment was for 7am they showed up at 1250pm and thats after i called to see if they we really coming. They left and did not clean out the downspouts therefore my basement is still flooding. I called for them to come back and clean the downspouts, no sign of them yet. If they are not here by monday will report to Better business bereau

They were quick and efficient with cleaning my gutters. My flowerbeds were not disturbed. However, I am giving them 4 stars because the salesman tried to pressure me into a service plan to get my gutters cleaned four times a year. I refused, with the option to change my mind.
