Write a ReviewI scheduled gutter cleaning on Dec 5 with them. I asked if I can send them a photo of the issue and my building because it is 3 stories high and it is a gated community. They said no it should be taken care of. The people I talked to were nice and convinced me they were able to do the job, it would be an easy and effortless on my part. I gave them my call box number so that they can be let in. But there is no way of talking to the workers directly. A week later I get a message saying they were not able to complete my job, the stated reason was because they could not get into the property. I had to call them back and reiterate that it is a gated community and they need to use the call box to get it or contact me directly and I will let them in. But because the way their business works, I have zero contact with the workers. Anyways the job was rescheduled. The following week I get another message saying job could not be completed, I called thinking it was the same issue, but this time the issue was written as could not find parking. I was waiting for them at home this time so that I could let them in, and so I went out to check, the street was empty, there is so much parking. My only thought is thought was that this time they could not figure out where my house was and so gave up. So I called and rescheduled this time telling them specifically where to park and that there is always parking there between given times. The next week, you guessed it, job could not be completed again. This time I called and they said it was because they did not bring the correct tools for the job (the ladder was not high enough). I reiterated that I said my building is tall, which was why I wanted to send a photo. They said they will need to call me back to reschedule the job as the team they have around me might not have the tools. I did not get a call back. Just emails telling me to call them. They have my correct phone number as it is attached to my job. And they have called me when I applied online for a quote. Whatever, I called them today and they said unfortunately they can not do my job as they do not have anyone who can safely perform it. So yes it's a one star review. The people I was on the phone with are apologetic and nice, but I think that partly has to do with me being extremely patient and nice back even after all of this. Obviously I am not happy, but the problem is not with the person on the phone, it is with the company itself and the way they do business. My suggestion is to not over promise and understand the job fully. Every other company I have talked to have had more detailed breakdowns either through in person quotes or even just google mapping and looking at photos of the building and issue. Also if the customer has access to the people doing the job, a lot of this can be avoided, but I understand the company itself seems to be the middleman for scheduling jobs with other service providers.
They charged me for 3 job that were supposed to be done and they have not done anything.
They were very responsive to my request and got the job done timely and effectively.

They offered an appealing price to hook you up and never delivered the service. It's been almost three weeks since I first scheduled the gutter cleaning and screen installation service. I called so many times, and they always come up with new excuses. At first, they said "weather issue", when the sky was clear and sun was shining. Then, they said "It's normal to wait for 7 to 10 days, so you are right on track", when there had already been 2 weeks past. Then, when I received the text saying that the worker is finally on his way (the 18th day), the worker canceled right after. The reason was that the worker did not have proper material. So, I called and the staff said I am scheduled for the next day. On the next day (the 19th day), the worker said there is no parking space available. But there is literally so much space to even park a tank in front of my house. And I never saw any truck drove by and check! They said the worker will come the next day. So, on the 20th day, still nothing happened. I called, and said my order is placed at their "TOP PRIORITY" and the job will be done the next day. At this point, I think I am just an idiot if I continue to wait.
