After I searched for the best gutter cleaning in my area within 3-4 minutes I was speaking to Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning and within 5 minutes had appointment booked! They did a fantastic job! Highly recommend!

!st customer rep wanted to charge me in order for me to know when the technician was coming to my home. I told her I wanted to be there when they arrived. When technicians arriver, they did not tell me they were at my home, not did they inform when they left. They did to explain anything to me nor tell me what problem was found. When I called the office, the 2nd customer rep was very rude and unprofessional with me. I asked for a written report; she proceeded to give me information by phone. She also accused me of not wanting to listen to her because she was a woman which I found insulting since I am a woman also. I later received a very short email with basic information. I saw some debris in my gutter the next day. I will never use this company again. Extremely poor customer service and heavy handed sales pitch.

Very easy to book and even gave a discounted price with no hesitation after asking for military discount. I was home during the gutter cleaning, I spoke with the team initially. However when they finished they did not let me know they had found a problem, they just left a door hanger that says call customer service for more details. I wished they would have talked to me since they knew I was there. Other than that great service and great work.

If your not home for the service they will leave a door tag stating they completed the job and of any issues they saw with a number and will follow up with emails and calls until they hear from you.
