There was a communication barrier between me and the gents who did the work, I realized as I interacted with them, but they did it well. There was an incident where a ladder fell while both men were on the roof. No damage to them or property, thankfully. They did leave the bags of debris by my trash cans but I believe that was as stated. They offered to install foam leaf guards I had and that's when I realized fully that we had difficulty communicating. Still, I'd be happy to have them back because they did the job well and clearly wanted to impress.

The only issue was that I had asked that they take the leaves with them, but they left a bag of wet leaves. I called and by early the next morning the bag of leaves was gone. Good response and customer service.

I asked the guy if I should move all our vehicles. He said thyre fine. A lot of the gutter mess landed on the vehicles. They did do a good job cleaning up afterwards. But the sun came out for a bit and the lake tapps water spotted everything. Other than that they did a great job

My initial experience with them was awesome they came and clean the gutters and raked up all the leaves.

Their gutter cleaning service was EXACTLY as described. If you don't mind the relatively open scheduling, everything was great - the team that showed up was fast, professional, and did a good job. Their price was on point for what we needed, and all we had to do was smile & wave at their team. They did everything else. We hired them as a one-off service - for the last couple of decades, we've cleaned our own gutters, but we're getting on in years and it's harder to get up on the roof - but we're going to consider having them come on a more regular basis.
