I was somewhat put off by the initial hard sell of an ongoing cleaning plan when all I wanted was a one-time cleaning. It took a couple times of me saying I wasn't interested for the guy to relent. I also got resistance when I said I was going to call around for other estimates, though it did lead to him dropping the price from $165 to $140. My question: why not just charge $140 right off the bat? They did come out the very next day to do the cleaning, but although I was told on the phone that the technician would ring the bell, he didn't, so my wife didn't have a chance to mention to him that he left a lot of gutter debris on our deck and deck furniture.

I could not be more please. They actually removed gutter covers that I didn't realize were still there, it cost a little more, but it was worth it, they hauled them away at no extra charge. They cleaned up after themselves. Prompt and courteous. They even removed a couple of overhanging small branches as a professional courtesy.

The work quality was good, however the contractor left the items cleared from the gutter at my front door in a black garbage bag . But no follow up call or reason why it was left there.????

Good job. Left area extremely clean. This company is great. The best gutter cleaning I've had. I could smell the bleach 3 houses away. GREAT JOB!!!!
