I paid way to much for only 1 part of the gutter. The gutter had two parts I was under the impression that they would replace both part of the gutter. When they told they was replacing just the top I thought the price was too high.

Ned Stevens did a wonderful job, beginning with accommodating my limited schedule to squeeze in this job during a holiday week. The guys who showed up did a nice job--as best they could with some limitations. I only wish they'd been allowed to help me remove storm windows from inside the house. I needed that extra help.

We got the 4 cleanings for $125 each for an end unit townhouse that is expensive, without the deal it was going to be $145. They were nice, polite, on time, efficient, I forgot to leave the back gate open and they were able to go over the roof to get to the rear side.Thanks again.

They ask for payment in advance and yet do not give you a date for service. I paid 4 weeks ago and still have not had service

Ned Stevens Co. was great to work with. The guys that were here did an excellent job, and I am very happy. I would recommend them and will use them again in the fall after the leaves fall.
