Write a ReviewI have been a Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning customer for 2 plus years now. I signed up with them because I was getting a bit older and decided that I would give up doing work around the house that required going up and down a ladder. Take the stress away from the spring and fall gutter cleanings. The use of the ladder is gone but the stress is 10 fold. They are not able to tell you if you are on a schedule, how many may be scheduled before you or for that matter (straight from a manager) if they can guarantee they will get to the fall cleaning before April! If you call you will be told they need to deal with the weather (I think they believe that will be a surprise to you). I think that it is more a case of taking on more business than they are able to handle. They dont charge you until the work is done, I will give them that. But, if you want a November cleaning done in November, they may not be the company you want to work with. This is January 24th as I write this and my cleaning was requested for around November 29th. I spoke to a manager today and was told they can't guarantee my gutters will be cleaned by the end of April! Fortunately I am a preferred customer since my gutters are cleaned twice a year. I wouldnt want to not be a priority! Then they may never get done! Please read other reviews. Pay close attention to the excuses (replies) from the company. They never apologize, they only try to place blame on the customer. Now that I am this far, once I post this I am calling them to remove me from being a customer! Not that they were ever going to get to my November cleaning anyway! Update: I got a call from Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning within an hour of posting this review. All of a sudden, contrary to everything I have been told previously, they can guarantee they will clean my gutters on Monday! I am not falling for this last ditch effort to save a customer even though they offered a huge discount of $20 for all the weeks of frustration and false information. Did you realize that the weather was so incredibly difficult in November and December that for 6 weeks they could not clean gutters!

Awesome job on the cleaning, recommended replacing gutters and did an amazing job there as well. Signed up for the maintenance plan for periodic cleanings. Fantastic service and company.

Salesman was a little bit pushy on the phone, but the work crew arrived within the agreed upon timeframe and thoroughly cleaned my gutters in less than 30 minutes.

The only negative I have is that you don t know when they are coming, you are on a list and when the weather is acceptable they show up. This was a rental and I would have liked to have been there. As far as I can see, they did a good job, there are no more piles of leaves in the gutters!
