The workmen who cleaned the gutters were very professional. They arrived o time, climbed all over my two-story roof looking for gutter problems, using a water hose to help find problems, and cleaned up the ground around the house. This company would get a strong 5-star rating except it was hard to schedule an appointment.

They did a good job cleaning the gutters, but they dumped all the wet leaves on the ground and in my bushes. Nothing was picked up and I had to scoop out all the wet leaves out of my bushes before I could put lights on the bushes.

Sales rep was knowledgeable, offered all the information I want to know before hiring a contractor. Gave me a discount (thank you), however, in the proposal emailed to me in minutes of our conversation the total did not reflect the agreed upon price. I called back to speak with the Sales Rep, who said to ask for him, which I did, I could not speak with him but with a different person, who sent me a new proposal, which reflected the same total as the first proposal I received. This made me suspicious. However, I was assured what he could see onscreen was the correct amount. The actual bill I received after the gutter cleaning was completed had the correct amount. As for the actual cleaning, two men came to complete the work. One was on the roof while the other I believe spotted him. I wish I could have asked they not hose the gutters clean, but do a dry extraction. I believe they did not clean the gutter to the front of the porch as I could see leaves sticking up from the gutter on the side closest to the main house. The gutter apparently is either clogged or downspout is clogged as water now drips over the entry door to the porch. Before they started I pointed out an issue I asked them to check. They were already in their truck to leave when I caught them to ask about it, and clean-up. The driver asked the other about issues, he claimed there are none. The driver claimed he cleaned up leaves flushed out of the gutters and gestured to bags in the back of the truck. According to the company they are supposed to show us what was collected from the cleaning. I did not see it. It appeared to me what seemed like the same bags that were in the truck when they arrived. The job was completed no more than 25 minutes.
