The work done was great, but didn't like not having a scheduled date to come out to do the work. "We are about a week behind, we will come out when we can", no scheduled date, no scheduled time. Btw, "we might come when no one is home". I>really< did not like that because we had a house painter coming out to paint our house, and I wanted the gutters cleaned before he started. It was nip and tuck to get it done. Maybe it was "on me" for not having it done sooner, but I thought that was a poor practice. Again, they did a great job, just did not like their no-scheduling practice.

I was a bit upset because they did not come on scheduled time.Also I had to wait a week and half before they showed up. They have tough time getting in through the security gate. But once they showed up they did a fantastic job.

Ned Stevens company is professional, offers extremely competitive prices and al a o offers a scheduled maintenance program that saves me 30% overall in the long run. I pay an upfront price for quarterly gutter cleaning and minor maintenance upkeep. They send an annual schedule the same day and Voila! One more annual as l maintenance item I can check off of my list and forget about! Great company that I would recommend to any neighbor or family member. Thank you for such great service that is efficient and hassle-free. Excellent experience. Lightening fast response gor the quote. Much appreciated!
