When the appointment is scheduled, the company advises what the vehicle and uniform worn by the techs will look like. I truly appreciated that. The job was very professionally done and the techs that came out were very friendly and answered all my questions. Job well done.

The person is here now, he does not speak English. When I made the appointment I told them we would possibly need some repairs and new gutters in the back and we would go over what we wanted. This can't happen now. I want my money back.

Made me wait 2 weeks, when they came out they left me a message they couldn t do the job because of ladder positioning. Whatever that means but it s a crock! These gutters are cleaned every year and I ve also done them myself. I ve since hired a LOCAL company, they were there the next day and they did a great job. Beware when hiring Ned Stevens to clean your gutters.
