Their scheduling procedure was horrible. They give a 1-week window with no way of knowing when they are coming. Then no show for the week. No show for the following week even though I called. When I called to cancel (after the second week) it was a hard sell to keep my business. All in all, not a good experience. I ended up hiring another company.

Quick and efficient, a little higher price but worth the money. The cleanup of the gutter cleaning was excellent with no residue left.

Only negative thing would be they wouldn't say when they were coming to do the work. They did a great job. Would be 5 stars on work quality if I could actually check the gutters (not going up that high). Water is flowing out. Thank you.

They did a great job cleaning the gutters and did it in no time. I could tell the difference when it rained after the cleaning and water was flowing more freely to and out the downspouts. My only issue was after they bagged the debris, they left the bags on the curb. In my neighborhood, trash cans are put out on the day of pick up. If they needed to dispose of the debris, I would have shown them the receptacle in which the debris should have been disposed. Also, as a first time customer, it would have been nice if someone called me to find out my thoughts about their service.
