I received an explanation of services and the cost during the initial phone call. I was at work when they came and there was no debris in the yard. I have already scheduled them for the fall cleaning

Received an estimate over the phone under 3 minutes. Within 4 days our gutters were spotless and reasonable priced suggestion were give. I highly recommend Ned Stevens and plan on using them again and again.

They cleaned the gutters and responded and scheduled the job quickly. They gave me a quote for additional work that needed done and I thought it was very high. I had the additional work done for a fraction of what they quoted. Now I question that I may have paid too much for the gutter cleaning.

They came within the ten day period I was told they would come and cleaned my gutters very quickly. They also picked up the debris that came from the gutters and put it in plastic bags out by the street and it was picked up by the city the next day. The only negative - the price was a little high.
