My experience was awful. They came by and I had no idea they were coming. So I made arrangements with Bubbles. Around 10am I get a call from a friend saying that the water in my back yard was running and he tried to stop it but couldnt. I figured I would attend to it when I got home. Then the company Bubbles who kept in contact with me called and said that they came by and my gutters were clean and that my backyard was filling up with water. Long story short Ned Stevens came by their cleaners turned on my water stripped the nozzle and left the water running for hours without notifying me of anything. When I contacted the company I was told that it was not their fault and that my nozzle was faulty. I have lived there for 7 years and have never had a problem, now I am will be out of 100s of dollars to replace the nozzle, not to mention an enormous water bill. The water was literally running non stop for hours. I had to leave work early and call someone to come by and help me to stop it up. To say that I am unhappy with their work would be a gross understatement.

They will be there "in a few days" turned into a week's time, without being told when we were actually on the schedule. When they came, they were quick and cleaned up nicely. I wish they had taken pictures of the before and after cleaning view so that we could see where the clogging actually was. The job is complete and appears to have been well. Not knowing when they would come was frustrating to me, even when calling five days after asking for their service and the customer service not knowing for sure when they were coming.
