Their motto should be Veni vidi vici ..... they showed up did everything they promised and more and walked us through any issues they found and let us know the severity of each so we could prioritize repairs. Highly recommended.
Ned Stevens quoted 1 week service, but said weather may impact the timing and delay service for 2 weeks. I contracted with them 10 weeks ago and despite excellent periods of weather, have not shown up. Customer Service still lists me on the schedule. I cancelled and contracted with a smaller contractor. Received 1 day service.

I was told by the telephone representative that I would not need to be home. When the workers showed up they needed to have the water turned on (house was winterized) so indeed I needed to be home. Also, when I answered the knock at the door when they first arrived they were already in their truck preparing to leave and I had to flag them down. They also did not replace the downspout extension that had come undone...
