Called for a gutter cleaning in Nov. when I called two weeks after to ask when it would be done they told me that they don,t work when it is below 38 and that it was cold but they have crews set up and working when they can. Be patient they have me on the list . After another two weeks they told me the same and would perform the service when they can. When I told them to cancel the service and return my fees they were able to clean the gutters the next day.

I was concerned that they take your credit card number when you book the appointment & don't give you a date that the work will be done. (My only beef with them) The reason is that their gutter cleaning crews are out on the road all the time just going from house to house on their route. They came within a week of my call & did a great job cleaning the gutters, cleaning up after themselves & removing whatever mess they made. I'll use them again.
