The crew arrived early and scoped the job before starting work. Once the work started they moved quickly and cautiously. Safety was paramount ! We had our gutters and dryer vent cleaned. Debris from the dryer vent was bagged as was most of the pine needles. The only draw back is that a small pile of pine needles were at the bottom of the outside stairwell.
Timely service..reasonable priced and quick. Project included cleaning dryer duct which turned out to be extensive time due to birds nest and there was no additional charge.
They did a good job even though it was a bit complicated

Very responsive, good customer service. They just show up when they can to do the work, so you won't know what exactly when they will be coming to the house. Very knowledgeable, and will try to up-sale additional services, which I didn't mind too much.
I wish there is a negative number that I can use to rate this company. They were very enthusiastic when giving the quote. However, they came and claimed my house was too high for them. They should have asked more questions, so they are clear if they have limitations or do their own research. As a result, my gutter cleaning was delayed and their customer service person was not apologetic. I was disappointed.
Hao, we are sorry if we upset you. Safety is our number one priority such that we are willing to suffer negative reviews to keep our men safe. Any crew is allowed to walk away from a job where they feel there is a safety issue. At that point, we have our Quality Control Manager review the job, looking at photos of the house and/or on-line images of the house. Here, our Quality Control Manager deemed this house too unsafe for us to perform the work. We are sorry you are upset, but safety is one area where we don't compromise.
