Overpriced. $165 for 15 minutes of work and left plastic leaf bags on my drive for county pickup. AA CO only takes yard waste in paper bags. I feel contractor should know the regulations. I called and someone from the company came back to get the leaf bags the next day. Gave me a quote of $650 to power wash the house. $350 is the going rate among competitors, one of whom did a great job.

This company was fine, but Leaf Fitter tried to sell me new gutters when my request was for repairing the gutters

I was told that I would receive an assessment after the work was done. The guys left without talking to me. When I called, I was told the gutters need over 1,000 in work. I was told that the guys would nail down any areas of the gutters that were loose, but heard no hammering, which may have solved the problem. Feels like the gutter cleaning is an in for a predictable assessment that the customer needs all this work to be done at exorbitant prices. Not cool.

Very happy with Ned Stevens prompt response doing the job. Called office and staff was very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend Ned Stevens for your home needs. I've been dealing with various contractors the last several years and some are very difficult, time consuming with waiting for responses, etc. I wish I had contacted this company a lot sooner. Would have used them instead. I still have a couple of projects that need to be done and I will be calling them again. Thank you Ned Stevens and employees.
