I called these people. I live in Newburgh New York. I called them almost 2 weeks ago on 6/4/18. I've called them back 3 times since. NO ONE has come to clean my gutters. Each time I call, they give me an excuse that the "weather" has been holding them back. IT HASN'T RAINED HERE IN THE PAST 10 DAYS! I don't know where HOME ADVISOR gets these ratings! I laid out $165.00 UP FRONT (as Ned Stevens service demanded) and still, NO SERVICE! I'm calling them back today (6/18). Either they tell me they will be here TODAY or I want my money back. No one I know waits 2 WEEKS for a simple gutter cleaning. I should have hired local and not bothered with Home Advisor.

They were only at my house for 20 minutes. Don't think all gutters were cleaned. Cleaned the front but never saw them go up and do back top.

Quoted one price and charged more for the removal of four gutter guides that I could if taken off myself. $50 for taking off four guides, really!!!!

A tad expensive but they did a full check of my gutter system and they did a good job cleaning it out. As well, I commend them for their customer service. The people answering the phone were polite, courteous, and responsive
