Very pathetic service , do not go with this Company . They are taking advantage of no Contact service and not doing any cleaning. I was told that all the debris will be collected and will be kept in front of my home to see what that have cleaned, as they did not clean nothing was left. Most terrible company and totally unethical as they did a terrible job. all they will do is hang the service tag as in picture and go. I wish I could give 0 stars.

We were very pleased with the quality of their work, the speed that they completed the job. I see others rated them expensive but I had another company do my gutters two years ago and they were more expensive. So I was extremely pleased with Ned Stevens LLC

Sloppy cleaning afterwards. Ground has some debris left. Left a bag of dirt on sidewalk without notice.

The company did not contact me afterwards to tell me if there are any issues with the gutters which I specifically requested when hiring the company.

I am extremely disappointed working with Ned S. When I spoke with a representative, they really sold their no hassle service. Saying I did not need to be home and that they would haul away the debris. When the workers finished, they did not even notify me. Luckily I saw them and I asked he follow me so I could point out the down spouts. He said he cleaned them. With the rain this week, there is leaking around two of the elbow joints, which means they were not cleaned. They also did not take away the debris. Very disappointing.
