This company initially started off really good. They gave a good price, gave a good time frame. They came to the house and asked for a 300$ deposit towards cleaning the old gutters, which would then be apart of the overall price of replacing them with new ones. They got up, cleaned the gutters, and left and said they would come back to swap the new gutters out. On the day they were scheduled to come and change out the gutters, they called and said We can not come out to the home to replace the gutters because they are too high up. I live in a standard size Georgian home, and they already got up to the level needed for replacing to clean them initially. They kept the money and will not pick up my calls.

I had a horrible experience with this company. They came to my house at least 3 times and left without talking to anyone. The first time because my dog was in the yard. I saw them and ran to let her inside and went to tell them and they were gone. The next time they left because a car was in the driveway. I would have moved it if they had asked but again they left. The next time they had another excuse about screens on our gutters. Finally, someone called to tell me it would be $75 more. I agreed and they still did not show up! In the meantime, another company put a flyer in my mailbox. I canceled with the first company and got the job done the next day for less than half the price.
