the cleaning was fine; the work was professional. What I am not happy about was the removal of my gutter guards. I was asked to authorize removal of gutter guards to continue cleaning. The rep made it sound like it would only be a couple pieces of gutter guard. It turned out that it was the entire gutter guard system. I felt duped which is not a good feeling if you are a customer. Will not use these guys again.

I was not able to give me an exact date. I requested within a week and ad to follow up after a week with no contact or service. I did not understand how the point of contact did not know what the schedule was or how to contact the crew. I understnd there could be a delay based on the current situation; however, would expect communications were always available. The crew and work was fantastic. The issue was with operations.
