The workers very professional and efficient, the issue with customer service was subpar being the caller was objective about setting up an appointment or allowing me to meet the service professionals and show them around my property so they could work safely.

They did thorough job of removing built up leaf residue from gutters. They left the bags at end of my driveway. Trash pick up will not accept. I called Ned Stevens Company and they had them picked up within 2 days. I would use their service again.

They came when they said they would and left a card in the door. They were very thorough in explaining everything to me. The water seems to be draining properly after a heavy downfall. They were very nice on the phone.
