You prepay the gutter cleaning and then they come as soon as possible. I appreciate that it is easy to schedule and no taking off work to meet someone. Only drawback from a full 5 star is they left a note to call and I had to wait on hold over 5 minutes to be told my gutters need replaced. They cleaned probably the best that was going to be cleaned...still some residual roof tar. We just purchased this home so potentially these gutters have set in tar. I like that they inspect everything about your gutters but wish they called you instead of a vague note and having to wait on hold to find out. Overall Will hire again and would definitely recommend.

The men were professional and efficient. They cleaned up everything that was left on he ground after cleaning the gutters. They hosed everything down and it looks great. We will definitely set up a plan to do the BiAnnual cleanings.

Ned Stevens and their employees have been great. They did a thorough job when they came out to clean our gutters and dryer vents. The guys were great and friendly. You can always get in touch with their office during business hours and they are very responsive. i would highly recommend. ABB
