The phone rep did a wonderful job. The crew came within 10 days (actually 3 days) of the work order. The 1st round they didn't complete the job (misinterpretation/misinformation as the work was for a duplexand only 1 side was done) but a quick call to cust svc, they were back out in 5 days and completed the job. Professional attire, appropriate gear/supplies, quick work, and no mess left behind. No nonsense work. They remedied the original mishap and now have a satisfied new client. Professional all around.

Today the workers arrived to clean my siding and windows, and left without providing the service because they said the siding was too old and their process of cleaning would remove the siding paint. I feel so frustrated! It took some effort for me to prepare the house perimeter and remove screens, etc. Now the work is delayed while I find another contractor. How was this not something they might have considered before taking my deposit and scheduling the visit?

Is hard to review how well they did because I cannot see how clean the gutters are but I will say they were very professional and they got the job done. They also told me there was a clog in one of the spouts and I had that unclogged and they didn't try to exaggerated and say the clock was worse than they predicted and it was going to cost me more money
