The servicers arrived early I heard ladders clanking and looked outside to see them starting to work. They cleaned the debris from the gutters and flushed them. One catchment of a down spout is still clogged. I only wish they would have discussed it with me and how to unclog it. Otherwise they got the job done quickly and with no mess left behind. I was impressed as my gutters are at least 32 feet off the ground.

Likes 1. Cleaned gutters thoroughly (I had someone check with a drone) 2. Worked quickly 3. Repair job looked good. 4. Price is comparable to other companies. Dislikes 1. You do not know when they are coming. Office gives you a week window as to when they will get to you. 2. Techs didn't communicate when they were done. No paperwork, nada. 3. Emailed invoice said I had problems requiring immediate attention. I had to call them only to find out my siding needed a wash. This seems deceptive. 4. They charge up front. This is not common for me. Charge me when services are rendered, not a week prior. Their field staff did a good. I may consider rehiring in the future.
