JES installed a sump pump and french drain encapsulated system in my basement crawlspace to correct repeated flooding in my basement. I asked them to come back out a week after installation because heavy rain again flooded my basement. JES figured out what was causing the problem and completely reworked the system and eliminated the flooding. There was no additional charge at all; they stood by their work and were not satisfied until I was satisfied! I highly recommend them.

Excellent work. Fast response to RFQ, promptly scheduled, on site crew made fast work of it. They jacked up the concrete front step that had settled away from the front porch deck, then adjusted sidewalk panels to meet it and gradually ramp downwards. This work was definitely worth what I paid for it, and I would hire them again anytime I needed foundation or concrete help like this.
