Howard Glancy came to inspect cracks in my home's concrete walls where the foundation was sinking. He, as a Certified Field Inspector, went over the whole house with me, explaining why the walls were cracking, and what should be done to alleviate the problem. Howard explained what JES Foundation would do, approximately how long it would take, and provided a quotation for the repairs. Besides raising the problem walls and ensuring they would be structural sound and guaranteed to stay that way for the remaining life of the house, he also advised me of how JES would repair minor cracks in the remaining building as well as having s sump pump installed to wick away any ground water from damaging any other parts of the structure. Mr. Glancy was very courteous; knowledgeable of his profession; and walked us through any questions we might have had concerning the processes. Due to the permit process taking so long, the work on the house won't start for a few months, and if Mr. Glancy is any indication of the professionalism of the rest of the JES Foundation personnel, I'm confident that the work will be done properly, in a timely manner and to my complete satisfaction.

Bryan Rutherford and Austin Hicks did an outstanding job in leveling the concrete around my pool. They were very professional and attentive to what was needed to complete the work. I would definitely hire them again.

Their crew was excellent: Freddy Zabaleta (team lead), Walter Zabaleta and Daniel Yacila. They were polite, detail-oriented, and listened to our requests. English was their second language but that was not a problem. Their work was fast, clean and effective, and used high-quality materials. We are very happy with the results.

Very smooth and pleasant experience. Sean performed the inspection and was patient and communicative throughout. The crew were meticulous, professional, and clean. Basement waterproofing work was performed exactly as described. Highly recommend.

I was incredibly impressed by the results and the experience. The team arrived on time. They set our expectations every day on how far along they were scheduled to get, and then hit those expectations. We had a small snafu on the first day due to a miscommunication (the team got an incorrect work order), but it was handled immediately after a quick call. The work was thorough, and everything was very, very clean. The team was so friendly and worked so hard. It was a professional experience, and I would definitely recommend them and work with them again.

Jaub (not sure of spelling) Miller and his crew members were the ones to waterproof my basement wall where water was leaking. They did a super job - very friendly and answered all my questions. I would recommend JES and this team! Good work, guys!!
