I am still waiting for them to get it right and fix the issue . The structure foundation is not completed, Failed inspection for 4 to 5 times. The walls and the floors cannot be completed my kitchen and bathroom because its not secure. They started the job September 2020 and its already May 2021. I have no functional kitchen and bathroom since September 2020 to present and this really an inconvenient. This is the first time to put a review because I have more than patient to them.

Went excellent. Concrete slabs at garage doors had settled 3 to 6 inches. I had to build ramps in order to pull cars into garage bays. The concrete jacking has solved that issue. No more ramps needed. Excellent JES staff provided the service. And the work is guaranteed for 5 years. How often do you see that in this industry?!

JES technician Marty came out and performed the yearly inspection and maintenance on the sump pump and dehumidifier that JES installed as part of a crawl space encapsulation. Marty has been here before, in fact I request him because he is honest, trustworthy, friendly, professional, and his technical expertise and experience are excellent. He even talked to my next door neighbor about the JES and the work the company does. Marty is a credit to the company he represents, and I hope JES values Marty and the skills he has as a JES team member as much as I do.

JES has done multiple projects (inside and out) at our Capitol Hill home for 20 years, and we continue to go back to them due to employees like James Teixeira, the JES General Manager in the Manassas, VA, location. James is exceptional. His professionalism, and his extensive knowledge of construction and of waterproofing are impressive. James was instrumental in fixing a complicated issue at our house. Equally important to us was his personal character - his integrity, kindness, and incredible patience (again, it was a complex and time sensitive project). He is respectful towards everyone. We have dealt with dozens of contractors/vendors in the DC metro area, and James Teixeira is truly one of the best. He is thorough, very responsive, and he goes above and beyond. Construction and water issues can be extremely stressful, but when you are in James' care, his competence and commitment to customer satisfaction give you peace mind. We are most grateful for James and JES.

03/15/21 RUN FROM THIS COMPANY! Horrible customer service and bad reviews. Our neighbors used them, very dissatisfied with the work, and can not get them to return their phone calls or make good on the BAD work. We signed a contract with them and cancelled within the 3 day period. They would not issue the refund until we spoke with the salesperson. When I said there was no reason to speak with the salesperson, they transferred me to him anyway. The sales personal was rude and unprofessional and wanted to argue about the cancellation and then he hung-up. We called our credit card company and filed a dispute to get our deposit refunded. Please read the reviews, they will tell you all you need to know about JES. Below is an example of the unprofessional, irresponsible culture of the JES company. When a certified, return receipt requested letter was mailed to JES Company requesting a full refund of our deposit, the signature on the delivery receipt is “COVID19.” Just another example of the way JES does business. The deposit was received, but only after threatening JES with a law suit and contacting our local TV station.
