The work did not fix the issue. Was told I would hear back from them to reschedule and go with a different procedure, but had to call them back a week after they were supposed to contact me. Got a voice mail after that telling me they wilk be back on May 10th...no other communication since then.

They did a beautiful encapsulating my crawl space which was tight in places. It made the floors warmer and the house more comfortable. It was great not having to worry about the moisture issue during hot, humid summers. No more dripping insulation or potential or mold or wood rot. Peace o mind.

All employees of JES that we dealt with were very professional. Â Mike Kut gave a great explanation/overview of the process when he came out to provide an estimate. Â Communication from the office staff (Heather and Sidney) was great, timelines were accurate. Â The workmen (Demetrius, Matt, Jared, Alex) were polite, prompt and neat. Â The work was done quickly, with minimal interruption of my day. Â The guys used drop cloths and plastic sheeting to minimize the dust and mess outside the immediate work area

JES waterproof system was installed to protect my home from incoming water. A trench was dug around the perimeter, inside the basement, along the walls. A flexible drain pipe with gravel, covered with cement, was install to catch any water to enter the foundation. This water management systems will intercept and direct any water that enters the foundation into a sub pump well. The sub pump will disburse the water out of the well through a PVC Pipe and away from the home. Special thanks to the Sales Repe Sean, Installers Demetrius & Matthews and Office Personnel, Heather for their professional services.

I was very disappointed with JES. I hired them before I they did great. This time they never call to tell me when they would arrive on the scheduled date. The first day the crew showed up at 1130 went to lunch at 2pm for 1 hr., worked until 4pm. The second day they showed up at 2:30 pm and left at 4:30 pm. They were supposed to level my foundation, but they never checked to see if it was leveled. I AM NOT HAPPY.
