JES team was very professional from the initial inspection to the work to be accomplished. They were on time and kept me informed throughout the process. Specifically, Paul W, Yasser G, and Thomas J were pleasant, informative and hard workers. They completed the work a day earlier than expected. I would highly recommend JES.

Took a while to get scheduled , but the job was completed on time and the crew explained exactly what they were going to do. The job was completed as described. Technician pointed out a couple of additional simple precautions I should take that were out of their scope to protect the foundation.

The work crew (John Rector and his assistants, Brandon and Ibrahim), were excellent -- friendly, hard-working, conscientious, efficient, and ready to answer all questions. My only issue was that part of the work (peformed by a subcontractor to JES) left about an 8" X 8" hole in the wall in order to install an electrical cable. JES considers the repairs for this hole to be "cosmetic" and maintains that I'm responsible for the repairs. I respectfullly disagree and don't believe that the hole can be described as cosmetic. Otherwise, we had a good experience with JES.

The install team showed up on time and completed on time, despite the terrible weather. The team, led by Cristofer G. and including Jose Cruz and David Palma worked very hard, were very pleasant and cleaned up even in awful weather conditions. Very Happy with the results. And, I'm very pleased with the product I received

We needed our concrete porch and abuting concrete slabs lifted and even thought it was a tricky job, Bryan Rutherford and Austin Hicks carefully evaluated their options and came up with an innovative way to get the job done to perfection. They did a great job cleaning up and were totally professional. I highly recommend their work!
