JES Foundation Repair you have quite a gentleman in Certified Field Instructor (CFI) Howard Glancy. Today, I met CFI Howard Glancy for issues that had been discovered in my basement. Mr. Glancy was very courteous, knowledgeable and informative especially compared to other foundation repair contractors. Before starting the site survey, Mr. Glancy asked if I had any concerns or reservations. After the survey was performed, Mr. Glancy shared the findings, causes, and informed me in detail of the solution and its installation. After completing his report, Mr. Glancy asked once more if I have any questions or concerns. In the end, I elected to go with JES as Mr. Glancy was able to express and demonstrate why this project should be done before engaging another; and why one solution is better than the other; and especially why JES is hands above the competition. Mikell Hill, Damian Terrell and John Cizik did a wonderful job. I was alerted throughout the day exactly when they would arrive, when they took a lunch break, when they were finished for the day. Mikel explained at the end of each day what they had done and what they would do the next. Very professional, very pleasant young men.

Very pleased with our concrete leveling solution—we now have a safe sidewalk for our entryway again. It matched Bobby’s estimate, and their team was able to fit this small job into their workload without much wait. Before Bryan R. performed the task, he professionally explained what was going to be accomplished, how the process works, and provided several suggested recommendations. Would refer them again.

The people over at JES Foundation Repair was able to diagnose and repair the issue I had with a large crack on the side of my garage. They discovered that the crack on two sides was caused by the ground underneath sinking causing the corner to drop. Once they dug up the two sides and saw that the builder of the house had skipped one of the concrete slabs which left no support for the corner of the garage. They were able to resolve the problem by using 6 push piers and added concrete with metal rods to reinforce the structure. The team that did the work (Jose Rodriguez, Henry Ayala and Jesus Baires) has great skill and integrity. I would definitely hire them again to do the job!

Andre McDuffie did a very professional job troubleshooting our old unit and walking us through the process for replacement and installation of new unit. He was always available by text or phone if we had questions or comments. And always responded promptly. Excellent service
