JES Foundation Repair

My wife and I met with Howard Glancy concerning some cracks in the wall and basement of our home. Howard provided a much more detailed analysis of the cracks and their causes, significance, and potential for further damage if left unaddressed. We found major water and structural issues. His clear explanations helped us to understand the problems thoroughly and enabled us to select the right solutions. Howards professional presentation, high-level expertise, and demeanor along with JESs guarantee of a permanent fix helped seal the deal. Highly recommended. We look forward to getting the project started as soon as possible.

Howard Glancy came and inspected our home last week after we discovered water seeping in slowly through a wall in our mechanical closet. He was very patient and took time to explain how water should drain around a home and he carefully looked over our home to determine what was needed, catching things that our inspector should have discovered before we purchased this home three months ago. Honestly, we should have waived the inspection and called JES to come walk the home with us. While the actual project hasn't started yet, we did take in a secondary quote and very much felt like JES did a careful assessment without drastically upselling us on the project.

Howard Glancy from JES came to my house to perform a foundation & repair inspection. The foundation is in much needed repair. He thoroughly explained what needs to be done along with cost estimates and suggested how best to proceed. He was thorough in his explanation and fully explained what I needed to know. The project went very well. The team led by the foreman Abdul Kargbo was very professional. Both Floyd Short and Demoria Turner were assets to the crew and the project turned out very nice.

Initial install approximately 8 years ago went well. Called to have repairs. Encapsulation has a 25 year warranty. Had inspection, proposal, signed contract, paid down payment. Have not heard from since January, multiple calls to JES resulted in promises but no results. Still waiting. If I could find an alternate I'd go there. This company has changed and not for the better.

He was very thorough and took lots of time to explain the source of the issues and answer all of our questions. He proposed remedies and was very professional in his approach.
