In 2007, JES did some foundation work for me which included the installation of three smart jacks. Recently I asked JES to inspect my crawl space to see if the jacks were holding. They said yes but they had become very rusty. They volunteered to replace them with their new galvanized steel jacks. JES did the work for free, and their "tiger team" did a magnificent job. We were very pleased with the company.

I FOUND JES ON ANGIE 'S LIST. I CALLED FOR AN APPOINTMENT & THEY SENT CHRIS TESI. HE SHOWED UP ON TIME, Â Â Â Â ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS & LISTENED PATIENTLY TO ME WHILE I DESCRIBED MY PROBLEM. HE MADE A Â RECOMENDATION THEN & QUOTED ME A PRICE THAT WAS FAIR BUT ALSO LAID OUT WHAT MY OTHER OPTIONS WERE. I HIRED THEM THE SAME DAY. THEY SENT DEMETRIUS TO PERFORM THE REPAIRS. HE ARRIVED ON TIME, PERFORMED ALL THE NECESSARY REPAIRS & EVEN STAYED EXTRA LATE TO FINISH THE JOB & LEFT MY HOUSE NEAT Â & CLEAN. THANKS Â Â Â JES FOR SENDING 2 PRO'S WHEN I NEEDED THEM. JES was very responsive and provided a thorough estimate of services and products offered. The work I require is at regulated by an HOA, so approval is needed prior to work being performed. If and when the HOA approves I'll follow up with an update on the actual work.

Of the seven crawl space repair/water mitigation companies that bid on this job JES was BY FAR the best prepared, most professional, most helpful, and had the widest selection of possible "fixes" to my situation. They were not the cheapest and I seriously considered going with a different competitor--until I did the background research on the companies. I particularly appreciate how helpful these guys were, particularly Russ Nagel, in suggesting various alternatives and talking through and thoroughly explaining what could be done and what needed to be done. If you want cheap, go with cheap. If you want total, friendly professionalism, I highly recommend JES. I would certainly go back to them in the future.

Based on our research, [member name removed] and [member name removed] of [member information removed] Road are not JES Customers. Oddly enough, this review says the work was preformed in 1970 but the company was not established until 1993. Additionally, we do not see that there have been any issues called in for service under that name or address or it would be in our system. We welcome you to contact us if we are missing something in our records and there are actual issues that we need to address.
