The work was completed in a timely fashion.The workers were extremely punctual ,professional, friendly and courteous. They kept us informed of what they were doing and showed us what they had completed each day. I would like to commend the following workers on their excellent job: Manuel Guzman, Rayford Barefoot, Robert Henry, John Rector, Sinclair Barnes and Melvin Riley. JES should be extremely proud to employ such efficient, hard working employees.

JES was happy to sell me an expensive $18k waterproofing system for my 1000sqf full basement, assuring me after I installed a sump pump, moisture barriers, freeze guards, basement gutters I would no longer see the wood floor cupping up in a single room (less than 400sqft). I trusted JES and the warranty they offered, so I signed the contract. They did the work and now LESS THAN A YEAR LATER - the same single room (less than 400sq ft) is having the wood floors cup up again. I contacted JES and they immediately pointed the finger to blame the flooring contractor (which they worked and coordinated the job) on installing new wood floors down after they had put the $18k system in, therefore. So please note - JES was called in and assured me I needed a full $18k gut job on my basement to fix one small room. A year later, the room is looking as bad as it did before they did the work - in no other area of the basement (where the flooring contractor also laid down wood) is having issues. Just the room JES assured me was the source of moisture and that they would fix. The bottom line is I'm now dealing with lining up legal counsel. I would rather spend my money on legal fees fighting against a company that takes money and offers false promises than anywhere else. Read the other reviews here. I'm not alone. Don't trust the sales pitch, when something goes wrong and their system fails (which it will, not even a year later...) they will point the finger at someone else, no matter how laughable and unethical it looks.

Excellent work! Arturo helped us originally followed by his amazing crew. Highly recommend this company. Arturo as consultant, Jeff as Project Manager and Hymie we’re all excellent. Our crawl space foundation was disgusting. This work should have been performed by earlier owners but it fell to us. We were tired of critters, cold floors in the winter, and moisture. Now we have a space under our house that is immaculate and dry. And, cracked wooden beams have been stabilized and a de-humidifier Installed that drains invisibly.

We had our basement waterproofed by JES and one of the sump pumps malfunctioned. Marty, the service technician, did a great job assessing the problem and repairing it quickly. Great service!

It went great! The crew (C. Colombe, M. Hill, & J. Kegy) did an awesome job. They were very courteous, punctual and they explained exactly what they were going to do. The outcome was exactly what I was expecting. I would definitely hire JES again.

Great! They had to come back out twice because the weight of the slab kept sinking but they never gave me a hard time about it and they were able to find a solution.
