Rafael Garcia, Jose Louato, and Luis Trejo was the gentleman that came and did our work. Rafael and Jose was very informative they let my husband and I know what they were doing every step of the way. They were every clean while they worked and when they finished you couldn't even tell they had dug up around the house. Great job gentleman!

Use JES at your own risk. I hired them to do foundation work and it's turned out to be a disaster. The work competed was completed by a subcontractor (despite the fact they say they don't use them!), did not meet the approved engineering plans, was completed without the necessary inspector oversight, and failed initial and post inspections. Customer service and getting assistance getting this resolved is almost nonexistent. The only thing they are concerned with is getting paid. They threatened to send my account to collections because I hadn't paid yet, despite the fact the work isn't completed! My only recommendation is that you avoid JES at all costs!

We had to install Carbon Fiber straps along two of our basement walls due to hydrostatic pressure causing the walls to bow inward. JES came out and did the initial inspection free of charge. They sat down with me and provided helpful context into what the issue was and how the solution would help. They got the permits within a few weeks and promptly scheduled a date to begin. The workers were Foreman Jaime Castillo and crew member Jaime Salas. Both were professional and effective. They completed the installtion withing the scheduled 3-day window and cleaned up after their work. They took extra care when tearing down our drywall to do minimal damage and keep a clean workspace. It has only been a few weeks snce the constuction completed, so I cannot speak to the long term effectiveness of the solution as of yet. What I can say was that JES was profesisonal, effective, timely, and did some price-matching when I compared quotes from other companies. I would recommend them for your basement needs.

The installation crew, Joseph, Ever, and Quandray, worked really quickly and hard. They all were professional. Jospeh, the foreman, kept me informed of the progress which I appreciated. Mr Howard Glancy, the structural engineer, explained in details of the problems I had and what JES would do in details as well. I would recommend JES for foundation repair.

The job JES started in our home in June remains unfinished. We have tried emailing and calling the company's "production department" which never responds or simply hangs up on us when we call. We are disappointed that we never received the full services we paid for and our original concern, a mildew smell in our crawlspace, remains completely unaddressed after they convinced us to pay for an industrial-strength dehumidifier. JES Foundation talks a big talk, but they do not perform. Hire someone else.

JES did an excellent job! The crew, Mr. Shannon (foreman), Mr. Terrell, & Mr. Clark, were excellent, careful, polite, diligent, & thorough.
