In addition, had underground drain pipes installed on all four corners of house, great job.

I used JES once before this for crawlspace encapsulation and they did a great job, so I called them again when I needed structural work under my house and a new dehumidifier for my large crawlspace. The team was led by Rafael and Kendall who did an excellent job and left the area cleaner than it started when they were done. Overall I was very pleased with the service.

Two sets of piers (one on front side and other on the side) were installed 4 months a part. Both installations went well. One side of the house was 1 3/4" lower than the other. JES was able lift that side 1" to reduce asymmetry. Jaime and DeShawn were incredibly professional and detailed in their explanations when we had questions.

Jes was actually more expensive then a couple other proposals we received, but my wife and I were most imprest with their presentation and their proposed engineering technology fix. They spent 3 hours reviewing/accessing the basement issue and drafted cost and contract during this initial visit (no waiting for call back with a proposal). The team who did the work were highly knowledgable, polite, unobtrusive, and left the basement spotless after completing their work. We were extremely pleased with the entire process and happy we went with the more costly proposal.

Marvelous. Expectations were set with the initial visit. Follow up was provided. Work started as schedule. The team was wonderful and answered all of my questions. They were as careful as possible to keep my house clean beyond the expected dust and dirt. I would recommend them to anyone.

We live in a townhouse and after seeing our porch bricks and adjoined main wall bricks pull away more and more over a 3 year span of living there we decided to take action. JES came highly recommended as a foundation company and we hoped they would do proper inspections to see if this was in fact a foundation issue or they would give us proper expertise in what the problem would be. The salesperson came out and from the second he walked up he used a scare tactic to make his goal clear that this was a foundation repair which worked well into getting us to buy it. He kept reiterating that this is such a huge problem and that we called just in time and all the right terms. No tests or measurements (investigation into actual issues) or "engineering takeoffs" taken to determine that it was actually a foundation issue. We took his word as the professional and went with their reputation in doing the right thing. Months later they came out for 3 days and installed the piers and were never heard of again. Not a single follow up during, or after the work and not even to let us know the work was done. the permit was left on the door and I was left wondering for a long time if someone would call, inspection. I had asked for pictures of the work and those were obviously not provided either. The day after the work was done our basement flooded with water and piles of dirt. Our main drain line was along that wall and their work had infiltrated the drain and caused a back up. I called twice to inform of this and possibly get a follow up on the work at same time and both times I was told that the production manager would call me back which never happened to this date. Months later now that we are having the brick wall re-built by another exterior company as what we thought would be the cosmetic portion of work, we find out that the JES foundation repair was not necessary at all. Our porch was built improperly and without proper support directly under the surface so it was hollow and the 4" blocks that were used to hold up the bricks were simply pushing out. without a separation to the main house, this caused the bricks from the main house to also pull away as well. Part of the selling of the job was for them to attempt to pull the wall back with these long screws which they basically put into a hollow wall for no reason and should have been noted but as with everything else they did it was just for show. So basically in the end we paid a lot of money for a big foundation project that is now deemed unnecessary and misdiagnosed and were simply scared into it, our basement was flooded as a result of it and now we still have to fix the issue that was at hand. All this and not a single follow up phone call to date. No response to the issues noted. This may be the single worst experience I have had a with company that prides itself on providing a very specific line of work especially at the price tag and importance that it poses.
