JES serviced my walkway with filling the voids underneath it with a form. It looked great at first but then about a week later, I noticed that there was a big gaping hole in the area that was supposed to be filled with the form. I tried getting JES back out to take a look at it but it was hard to get anything scheduled, but when I did, they didn't show up and a guy called me at a later time/day, stating that their equipment broke down and they will have to call me back to reschedule. It's been around 3 weeks as of 29 Oct and I have yet to hear back from JES. I have on several occasions reached out to the guy that did the inspection and an area supervisor or whatever his title is but these guys are not very responsive since getting my business. When they wanted my business, they were blowing up my text/phone. It appears that once they got your business, they don't care about you after that. That's not good business practice nor how you do folks if you want them to come back to you for more business.

Everybody we've worked with from JES has been respectful of our property and has completed their work thoroughly and honestly, with solid workmanship. I'm impressed every year by the technicians who come to check-in on both the mechanical (sump pump) and structural work that they completed in the initial job. Our technician Mike was thorough and patient in describing the status of our repairs and our options.

I contacted JES Foundation Repair to fix my sinking driveway and I was completely impressed by the professionalism and dedication demonstrated by everyone I met. Bryan Rutherford and Morgan Oakley arrived at my home right on time. They were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. They started working right away, also took the time to thoroughly explain to me the entire process and gave me an accurate estimated time of completion. When the job was about 90% finished, unfortunately a piece of equipment broke down. They finished the remaining tasks as much as they could, cleaned the worksite and promised to come back a week later to complete the job, as soon as the faulty equipment was fixed. To my surprise, Bryan called me the next morning and told me that he’d be back on that day, as he was concerned about the unsealed area of the driveway and wanted to take care of it right away. He managed to find a workaround, drove to my house (out of his way) and completed the remaining job. They did such a fantastic job my driveway almost looks like a new one again! Thank you, Bryan, Morgan, Jesse for your help. I would not hesitate to recommend JES Foundation Repair to anyone in need of reliable and trustworthy concrete repair.

Mike came to carry out the annual inspection of our house to ensure no settlement had occurred since JES had fixed our foundation issues a few years ago. He explained everything very clearly and made sure I could see for myself how the laser showed perfect alignment still. He was very thorough and most personable. I look forward to seeing him again next year.

The entire JES team needs to be commended -- Rafael Garcia, Jose Lovato, and Wilton Mendoza -- the very fine crew -- arrived on time and ready to do the work; they worked efficiently, effectively, and knowledgeably as a well-oiled team and "machine." They informed us of each step along the way and explained everything thoroughly and completely. They used pictures from their phones to help explain the process and what they were doing. After they finished their work, they cleaned up the work area, gave us all the written information we needed, explained everything -- they were so informative, helpful, knowledgeable, kind, WARM and FRIENDLY! It's so nice to work with friendly, happy, smiling people! What an amazing staff -- Ally at the office -- thank you for answering our questions, being so efficient, providing assistance, and being so warm and friendly, too. The JES crew gave us the invaluable peace of mind that our basement will stay dry. No more worries about rain or mold or mildew or critters getting in! We give you 100 stars! All As, 100%! Mr John and Jeremiah were absolutely fantastic! Today they just had a small job but they did it really well and they were extremely polite! They even took some extra dirt that I had and put it to the side for me to use in my yard. I look forward to having them back to do some other work. I would most certainly recommend Jes based off this experience.

Communications and customer service was top rate. The crew Osman, Jose V., Jose E., and Rouevto were enthusiastic, friendly and very knowledgeable. They completed the 2-day job in one day. Great job
