Owner Jay and his worker came out on time and completed the job thoroughly and quickly. Told me the cost upfront and didn’t require any additional fees. He’s very responsive and service oriented. I highly recommend using them as your first choice!

Jay and his team were excellent. They were very professional. They also showed me what they were doing and with what tools so that I could also learn. They did great work and cleaned up as they went as they fixed each drain in the house. Highly recommend them. Will keep their contact info myself.

Had a broken sewer pipe. Very impressed with quick response and Jay was able to figure out the location of pipe using current technology. Crew was very professional and work was finished in four days, including the cement repair. Reasonably priced, prompt professional repairs. We will use Precise Plumbing for our next project.

I had a major sewer blockage and called Precise Plumbing. Jay responded quickly and came fully prepared. Outstanding job, Jay was professional, courteous, and clearly experienced. He used an industrial snake to clear the main sewer line, and within a short time!

Jay, was not only quick to respond to my messages late at night but came early the following day for an estimate on mothers day. When he arrived, he was very knowledgeable and prepared to do the service with a coworker. Being on a budget, the service was fast and pricing was very affordable. Jay was so kind and professional, even stayed longer to make sure toilets were working properly before he left. If I could give more stars I would, defiantly found the right person, and keeping him for all other future projects and or emergencies.
