Jay is a master at what he does. After 6 different plumbers came out and did nothing but take our money and say they couldn't do anything. Jay and his team came out and went straight to work fixing our problem in less than an HR. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and everything was fixed, as well as informed us of what needed to be done to prevent the problem in the future. Jay and his team get 5 stars for thier professionalism and determination to fix the problem. I would highly recommend them to anybody that has a plumbing problem. Thank you precise plumbing!

Woke up this morning to find our sewer line was total blocked. My husband opened the main line and that did not work, the sewage leaked into the back yard. I tried HomeAdviser and Precise Plumbing was the first company I contacted. Within a half an hour, Jay, called about what we needed to have done and made an appointment for his crew to come out with in 30 to 45 minutes. His crew not only showed up on time, but they were very professional, went right to work to work and within a half hour had the drain totally cleared. The service and communication was excellent from start to finish . Yes, we will be using them again when the weather gets better to have our sewer lines checked for any cracks and breaks in the lines. I wish we knew about Precision Plumbing a long time ago.

I like how intelligently the two plumbers addressed the blockage when they arrived. They traced the problem down to one run of pipes and then ran their snake. The blockage turned out to be a medium sized root ball and now everything is draining well. Good confirmation and follow through by the owner. Courteous and professional service people who arrived at the house, and the project was well priced. I would definitely hire them again if such a problem arises again.
